Images from my research, I came across some fascinating ceramic tiles on loveMaegan which lead to the amazing works of Element clay studio.

I have been observing the textures and drawing from these beautiful art works.
My research seems to be revolving around organic structures that take over surfaces. These look like sea creatures that take over the sea bed in the form of infestations.
