I've not posted pics of my own studio on here for a while, I've been using this space as a place to document inspiration and wardrobe wants! But here are a few snaps of how things are looking behind the scenes at Rianna Phillips HQ. I am loving this new teacup and saucer by Bombay Duck.

How I Style

 

Last month I was approached by lovely fashion journalist/columnist Tui Benjamin (@TuiBanjaminBT) about getting involved with her Style column. I've never done this type of thing before and felt the time was right to take the jump and just go for it!

So here I am, the only great difference is that I would no doubt shove a pair of tights on with this outfit as the weather has definitely dropped in temperature since these snaps were taken. The write up about my style featured in the Bolton News September 7th.

AW13 Behind the scenes

Last Tuesday was the day, our AW13 photoshoot happened. Above you can see Hollie and Jess working hard in the room we hired out for the day. This is where the make up and hair got sorted and we eventually moved into some really amazing locations around Manchester School of Art. Make up artist Becky Hanks created some fantastic looks which will be posted here when the final lookbook images are released. You can see inspiration behind the photoshoot at my last blog post here.

Branding

Have been having fun with my logo stamper. It now is a sneaky bit of branding that has crept into the lining of some new bags. I've stuck with this logo since a project in my 2nd year at uni. It's everywhere, on my business cards, invoices, website title etc.
